I was talking with someone the other day about what makes for some of the best photos during a session and honestly, I think for me one of the biggest factors is trust. When a family trusts me with the guidance I am giving them on how to position themselves for a photo... When they trust me on the spots we should stop and take photos at a location... When they trust me enough to be comfortable and relaxed and themselves. THAT makes for some of the most beautiful authentic photos, candid and posed.
Grateful for all of my families that put their trust in me to capture their connection and what makes their family so special. Grateful for families like this one who trusted me that the light would be gorgeous before a storm rolled in and had fun along the coast just being themselves.
